RETURN POLICY:

We worked directly with manufacturers to ensure we offer our clients the lowest prices on all of our items. If you are unsure if any of our products will meet your needs please give us a call. Due to out commitment to low prices, and the requirements of the manufacturers themselves we offer a strict 30 day return policy from the day you receive your products. We will work with you to make sure your order is right, and everything arrives ready for installation. Shipping problems can occur, and many of our products are of larger than normal sizes, or heavier weights. However due to the requirements of manufacturers, regardless of the nature of the return all returns must be started within 30 days of your delivery date. The products must be in new condition, and never used. If it is a technical problem we will work to resolve it under our warranty. All products must be returned in it's original packaging, and accompanied by an RMA number provided by Illuminator Wholesaler. All shipments refused or returned by customer are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee, and the cost of shipping the item both ways. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes and there is a 45% restocking fee on all international orders. No returns or cancellations on lighted palm trees or special orders. Customers are responsible for all storage fees on shipments that may apply from any any all shipping companies. We are happy to make arrangements to have items shipped where you need them, and many of our clients do have items delivered to companies for shipping outside of the continental US.

REFUND POLICY: All refunds or partial refunds are paid by company check for record keeping purposes.
